This study aims to evaluate the pavement condition of the Adaut–Kandar Road Section using the International Roughness Index (IRI) and Pavement Condition Index (PCI) methods and to compare the condition classifications obtained from both approaches. The analysis was conducted on a 20.282 km road section divided into 102 station segments (STA) at 200 m intervals. The results showed an average IRI value of 5.520 m/km, indicating that the road was generally in fair condition. Based on the IRI assessment, 23.67% of the road was classified as good, 63.02% as fair, 12.82% as lightly damaged, and 0.49% as severely damaged. Meanwhile, the average PCI value of 85.395 indicated that the pavement was generally in good condition, with 63.76% of the road classified as good and 26.87% as fair. The comparison revealed that 57.8% of the segments produced similar classifications, while 42.2% showed different results. Overall, the Adaut–Kandar Road Section remains in relatively good condition and requires routine and periodic maintenance.
