Traditional mix design methods rely on trial and error, which can be time-consuming and escalate construction costs. In recent years, machine learning technology has been developed to predict concrete properties and optimize mix designs for high-quality concrete. This study aims to explore the application of machine learning in high-quality concrete mix design, considering theoretical conditions, methods, and related research. The focus of this research is to test the use of machine learning techniques in predicting concrete properties and optimizing mix designs for high-quality concrete. The theory and concepts of machine learning will be applied to concrete mix design datasets and relevant properties. The methods employed will include data pre-processing, feature selection, and model training and evaluation. The performance of the machine learning model will be compared with traditional mix design methods to determine its effectiveness. Furthermore, the results and benefits of this study will demonstrate the potential advantages of using machine learning in determining high-performance concrete mix designs. By accurately predicting concrete properties and optimizing mix designs, construction projects can be completed more efficiently and with higher quality. This technology also has the potential to reduce costs associated with trial and error methods and minimize the environmental impact of concrete production. The problem at road intersections is the potential for queues and delays because vehicles will reduce their speed when passing through the intersection. Traffic control at signalized intersections is by using signals or traffic lights with the aim of minimizing queues and delays. As time goes by, there is an increase in traffic volume, this will result in a decrease in intersection performance, so an evaluation of intersection performance needs to be carried out. The aim of this research is to evaluate the performance of one of the signalized intersections in the city of Balikpapan, namely Simpang Lab Coal/BDS, in existing conditions and in the next 5 years. Evaluation of the performance of this intersection uses the guidelines of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997) and modeling using Vissim software. The results of the performance evaluation based on MKJI 1997 in existing conditions showed that the intersection capacity was 4854.6 pcu/hour. The degree of saturation was obtained at 1.003, the intersection delay was 49.7 pcu/sec, the average queue length was 36.80 m. The results of modeling using Vissim software, in existing conditions, the average queue length is 60 meters. the average delay at the intersection is 17 pcu/sec and the intersection performance is at level of service C. Penjadwalan pada Precedence Diagram Method mempertimbangkan hubungan ketergantungan antar aktivitas dan durasi setiap aktivitas. Memilih&nbsp; metode penjadwalan proyek yang sesuai akan&nbsp; menjadi salah satu langkah guna memenuhi kebutuhan dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwasanyya pekerjaan bekisting sistem modular menunjukkan harga awal pekerjaan bekisting modular lebih tinggi, mencapai total sebesar Rp. 77.038.564, sedangkan pekerjaan konvensional memiliki biaya awal sebesar 66.965.144. Meskipun demikian, perhitungan biaya ini tidak mencakup pekerjaan berikutnya. Pentingnya diketahui, meskipun harga awal bekisting modular lebih mahal, namun untuk pekerjaan selanjutnya, bekisting modular hanya memerlukan perbaikan pada sheating, sehingga biayanya jauh lebih murah dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional. Penyediaan fasilitas penyeberangan bertujuan untuk meminimalkan konflik langsung antara pedestrian/pejalan kaki dan kendaraan yang melintas pada jalan arteri nasional tersebut. Jalan Raya Losarang merupakan jalur arteri nasional, jalan ini merupakan salah satu jalur utama logistik Pulau Jawa dan menjadi salah satu koridor utama konektivitas nasional yang seharusnya jalan bebas hambatan karena berkecepatan tinggi. Peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang kelayakan fasilitas jembatan penyeberangan orang di jalan raya losarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.
